Christmas Eve we had a lovely ham dinner at Grandma's house.
Then we had daddy read the Christmas story from the bible while our auntie and uncle dresses as Mary and Joseph.
After that we exchanged gifts.
Thank you all for such fun and lovely gifts. Our girls were so happy spending time with all of you. They talk about sleeping over at Grandma's all the time so I know they loved it!

A Snowy Day
Earlier this December like the 4th or 5th it snowed 6 inches. A few days later it was sunny and beautiful. Perfect for playing in the snow!

She was having a hard time getting her snowballs to stick together!
WeLove Snow!
The girls made big snowballs, and left lots of foot prints in the snow.

L Brought home4 new KIDS!
Yes sirree we have 4 Boer goat kids. They all were born in the spring and aren't a year old yet.
They have the softest hair I ever felt. When I was a girl we had Nubian goats and they weren't soft at all. They have very coarse bristly hair that I remember. When we went to pick them out we were able to hold a brand new baby goat. So cute and cuddly.
The girls have named them Princess, Cinderella "T"(she has a T on her forehead and a missing white leg because one is brown) and , Donner and Blitzen.
I just call them all my babies.

Over the river and through the woods to Grandpa's cabin we go!
The GPS knows the way
to drive the truck today
Thru the white and drifting snow OH!
Over the river and thru the wood,
Oh, how the wind does blow!
It stings the toes,
And bites the nose,
As over the ground we go
Over the river and thru the wood,
To have a first-rate play;
Oh, hear the bell ring,
"Ting-a-ling-ling!"
Hurrah for Thanksgiving Day-ay!
Over the river and thru the wood,
For this is Thanksgiving Day.
Hurrah for the fun
Is the turkey done?
Hurrah for the pumpkin pie!
Brrr it's cold outside!
